Stuart W. Cramer has gone 8-2 against Forestview recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Storm will face off against the Jaguars at 6:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Stuart W. Cramer barely beat East Gaston the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Storm were the clear victors by a 14-1 margin over the Warriors on Monday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Storm.
Kingston Womack spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on five hits and racked up nine Ks. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in nine consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Kenan Helton, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and two runs. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Aydan Bradley, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple.
Stuart W. Cramer always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .571. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as East Gaston only posted an OBP of .263.
Forestview came out on top against Huss on Friday thanks in part to the team's impressive 12-run first inning. The Jaguars' pitcher stepped up to hand the Huskies a 15-0 shutout. The high-scoring effort was just what the Jaguars needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.
Camden Tarbush was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out eight batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk). He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Forestview is 6-1 when he allows at most three earned runs, but 1-13 otherwise. Tarbush was also big at the plate, going 1-for-2 with one home run and three RBI.
In other batting news, Owen Kelly was a standout: he went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. Forestview is undefeated when Kelly posts two or more runs, but 3-14 otherwise. Corbin Jervis also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.
Stuart W. Cramer's record now sits at 17-5. As for Forestview, their record is now 7-14.
Stuart W. Cramer got the 'W' in their previous matchup on April 6th against Forestview by a conclusive 6-0 score. Do the Storm have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Jaguars turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
