The Valor Christian Eagles will take on the Woods Cross Wildcats at 3:00  p.m.  on Friday.
Last Tuesday, Valor Christian came up short against Regis Jesuit  and fell  3-1.

Meanwhile,  there's no place like home for Woods Cross, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out Park City  3-2 on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  victory the Wildcats have posted  since April 16, 2024.
 Woods Cross wouldn't go down easily and took Park City into a fifth set  where they got it done with a seven-point win. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-14, 25-21, 17-25,  15-8.
 Valor Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Woods Cross,  the  win  got them back to even at 1-1.
