Rivers of Life Christian found their leader in underclassman Hailey Henrichs, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 28 rebounds. That makes it four consecutive games in which Henrichs has scored at least a third of Rivers of Life Christian's points. Another player making a difference was Ali Thompson, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds.
Rivers of Life Christian's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-5. As for The Fulton, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.
Rivers of Life Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against the Warriors at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Mississippi Valley Christian will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak. The Fulton will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on the Titan at 4:30 p.m. on February 14th.
