 Bullard lost a close one when they played  on Thursday but unfortunately for them the  loss they were handed on  on Friday was a bit more commanding. They wound up on the wrong side of a  tough 8-2 walloping at the hands of El Segundo. Bullard has now  taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 Madera is  on a roll lately: they've  won five of their last six games,  which provided a nice bump to their 10-6-1 record  this season. As for Bullard, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-6.
 Madera suffered a grim  11-2 defeat to Bullard  when the teams last played  back in April of 2023. Can Madera avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
