It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Forbush had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They blew past the Monroe Redhawks 75-49. The Falcons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Monroe still got an impressive performance from Janiyah Boyd, who went 7-for-17 en route to 20 points along with eight boards and six steals. That was a full 40.8% of Monroe's points, marking the 18th time in a row Boyd has posted more than a third of the team's points. Dezire Hailey was another key player, dropping a double-double with ten points and ten rebounds.

Forbush is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-5 record this season. This is the second loss in a row for Monroe and nudges their season record down to 14-8.

Forbush didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 53-30 victory against Lincoln Charter on the 28th. Monroe does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
