All Saints Central had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 15-run drubbing they dealt Akron-Fairgrove on Friday. The Cougars' pitchers stepped up to hand the Vikings a 15-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Cougars, who have now won 14 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

The victory (which was All Saints Central's fourth in a row) raised their record to 19-5. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of 4.5 runs across that stretch. As for Akron-Fairgrove, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-14.

As of now, neither All Saints Central nor the Vikings have any future games scheduled.
