Hazen will take on Fordyce in each of the teams' third playoff matchup on Friday. These two teams have allowed few points on average (Hazen ten, Fordyce 12.92), so any points scored will be well earned.
Hazen got themselves on the board against Earle last week, but Earle never followed suit. The Hornets claimed a resounding 46 to nothing win over Earle.
Meanwhile, Fordyce earned some more postseason success in their game last Friday. They took their contest against Magazine by a conclusive 38-14 score. Quartey Shelton had a dynamite game for the Redbugs; he rushed for 134 yards and three TDs on 18 carries. Shelton has been one of the Redbugs' best players in each of their past three games.
