Winning always takes teamwork, but on Thursday Aliyah Andrade stepped things up a notch to give Corcoran the 'W'. Nobody could stop Andrade as she struck out 19 batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off three hits. Those 19 strikeouts gave her a new career-high.

Looking ahead, Andrade and Corcoran will venture away from home to challenge Farmersville at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Corcoran will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 382 places lower in California), but they're not letting that get them down.
