It was another big night for Caden Ramsey, who scored 31 points along with nine rebounds and four steals for Cross. The matchup was Ramsey's sixth in a row with at least ten points. Micah Flute was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with nine rebounds.
Wagener-Salley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Cross, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wagener-Salley is on the road again on Friday and play against Ridge Spring-Monetta at 8:00 p.m. on January 5, 2024. As for Cross, they will take on Lowcountry Leadership at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Lowcountry Leadership is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
