On Friday, Kindred are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Ellendale/Edgeley/Kulm at 7:00 PM. Neither Kindred nor Ellendale/Edgeley/Kulm could muster much offensive firepower in their last games, so look to the defense to decide this one.
Kindred couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost to Carrington/Pingree-Buchanan by a decisive 0-20 margin.
Meanwhile, Ellendale/Edgeley/Kulm had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They took a hard 0-20 fall. The loss was a vexing one since they was expected to win based on their ranking.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better score. Hopefully the teams can find a way to make up for their last outings by putting some points on the board this time.
