Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Fountain Inn). They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the Blue Ridge Fighting Tigers 80-53. With that victory, the Fury brought their scoring average up to 52.1 points per game.

Fountain Inn can attribute much of their success to Terry Cunningham, who posted 18 points. Amaziah Austin was another key player, putting up 13 points.

When it comes to explaining why Blue Ridge lost, don't look at Paul Bishop. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 28 points and ten boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Ty'Korian Campbell, who had eight points.

Fountain Inn's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Blue Ridge, their loss dropped their record down to 2-8.

Fountain Inn wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 49-45 victory against Northwestern on the 21st. As for Blue Ridge, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 74-55 win against Chapman on the 20th.
