The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Beaufort Academy in their matchups with Patrick Henry Academy: they've now lost three in a row.
Meanwhile, Bethesda Academy entered their tilt with Colleton Prep Academy with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. Bethesda Academy claimed a resounding 70-32 victory over Colleton Prep Academy at home. Bethesda Academy has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 25 points or more this season.
It was another big night for Jacari Mckay, who scored 19 points along with eight rebounds and seven assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Ryan King, who almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine rebounds.
Beaufort Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Bethesda Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season.
