The Riverstone International Otters scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Greenleaf Friends Academy 74-22 at home. The win was familiar territory for Riverstone International who now have four in a row.
Leading Riverstone International to victory were Amer Sangha and Conrad Ness. Sangha scored 15 points along with six steals, while Ness scored 23 points along with five steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Ness has scored all season. Jason Koval was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with two steals.
Riverstone International pushed their record up to 8-3 with that win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.6 points per game. As for Greenleaf Friends Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-7.
Riverstone International the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Garden Valley at 7:30 p.m. on January 16th. Greenleaf Friends Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Vision at 7:30 p.m. on January 23rd.
