After a string of five wins, the Eastern Hills Highlanders's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell 44-34 to Dunbar. If Eastern Hills was looking for revenge after losing 53-29 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.
Dunbar's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jordan McIntosh, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds. McIntosh hasn't dropped below two steals for seven straight games. Another player making a difference was Dallas Henry, who scored five points along with ten assists and eight steals.
Eastern Hills' defeat ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 18-7. As for Dunbar, they pushed their record up to 18-8 with that victory, which was their sixth straight at home.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Western Hills the next time they take the court. Dunbar will head out to face Western Hills at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Eastern Hills will host them at 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
