Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Loris). They simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat the Belton-Honea Path Bears 92-57. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Lions with their most commanding win of the season.

KHALIL SHERMAN had a dynamite game for Loris, going 7 for 9 on his way to 15 points and eight steals. What's more, SHERMAN also racked up three assists, the most he's had since back in December of 2023. KHALID SHERMAN was another key player, going 5 of 6 on his way to 10 points and five steals.

Loris smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 14 offensive boards in seven consecutive matches.

Loris' win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Belton-Honea Path, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season.

Loris wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 57-53 victory against Nitro on the 29th. As for Belton-Honea Path, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 54-43 loss against North Myrtle Beach on the 29th.
