The Jesuit Crusaders won the last time they faced the North Medford Black Tornado, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Jesuit snuck past North Medford with a 54-48 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Jesuit.
Jesuit got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Sophia Costarella out in front who scored 12 points along with 5 steals. Another player making a difference was Kendra Hicks, who scored 8 points along with 13 rebounds.
Jesuit's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for North Medford, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Jesuit will head out on the road to face off against Wilsonville at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for North Medford, they will be playing at home against Oregon City at 9:00 a.m. on Friday.
