Tri-Valley won the last time they faced Morgan and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Scotties put the hurt on the Raiders with a sharp 21-1 victory. The Scotties might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten games by six runs or more this season.
Brady Kaufman was incredible, going 3-for-4 with six RBI, two runs, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Blayne Riley, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with four runs and one RBI.
Tri-Valley was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .400. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Morgan only posted a batting average of .222.
Tri-Valley has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season. As for Morgan, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-12.
