Manila had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. Everything went their way against the Harrisburg Hornets on Tuesday as the Manila Lions made off with a 66-42 victory. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 21 points or more this season.

Several Hornets players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Axel Heeb, who posted 18 points. Another player making a difference was Axson Wallace, who put up nine points and six rebounds.

Manila's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-11. As for Harrisburg, they now have a losing record at 9-10.

Manila is taking a road trip to challenge Hoxie at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Manila is facing Hoxie at the right time seeing as Hoxie is stuck on a 12-game losing streak. As for Harrisburg, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 66-19 victory against KIPP Blytheville on the 23rd.
