Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Santa Fe Prep). They walked away with a 60-47 victory over the Wingate Bears on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Blue Griffins sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Santa Fe Prep's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Wingate, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Santa Fe Prep will welcome Tularosa at 9:45 a.m. on Thursday. Santa Fe Prep knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Tularosa likes a good challenge. As for Wingate, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Many Farms at 7:30 p.m. Many Farms has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
