Corey Crumrine put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in May of 2024 on Thursday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out 13 batters over six innings while giving up three earned runs off six hits (and only one walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.
