Concord Christian Academy found their leader in underclassman Keavon Bailey - Homeschool, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and ten rebounds. Carlin Hollis - Homeschool was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with seven assists and seven rebounds.
Fairwinds Christian's loss came despite strong showings from Jaiden Rajis and Levi Rajis. Rajis dropped a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds, while Rajis scored nine points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Concord Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Fairwinds Christian, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Concord Christian Academy will square off against Calvary Christian Academy at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Fairwinds Christian, they will head out on the road to challenge Greenwood Mennonite at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Fairwinds Christian is coming into the contest with three straight losses on the road, meaning Greenwood Mennonite will have to defend against a team hungry for a victory.
