Community School of Naples is on a five-game streak of home wins (dating back to last season), while Carrollwood Day is on a four-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Seahawks will welcome the Patriots at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Community School of Naples had to skate by with only a three-point margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 40-point drubbing they dealt Zephyrhills Christian Academy last Friday. The Seahawks breezed past the Warriors to the tune of 58-18. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Seahawks' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Florida football rankings (they are ranked 123rd, while the Warriors are ranked 393rd).

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Community School of Naples was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 317 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 303 rushing yards in three consecutive contests.
Another reason for the win was Community School of Naples' imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for five sacks. In that department, Micah Fils Aime was the leader with two. Community School of Naples received some extra help from Fritz Jacques, whose fumble return for a touchdown made for one of the most unforgettable moments.
Meanwhile, Carrollwood Day took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 49-7 victory over Victory Christian Academy. With the Patriots ahead 35-0 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
