There's no place like home for Magdalena, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They blew past the Reserve Mountaineers 64-31 on Thursday. The Steers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matchups by 21 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Elia Cleveland, who posted 16 points and three steals. Jema Ganadonegro was another key player, putting up 15 points.

Magdalena smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in three consecutive contests.

Magdalena's victory was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-5. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.3 points over those games. As for Reserve, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-9.

Magdalena wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 56-21 win against Animas on the 8th. As for Reserve, they will face off against Quemado at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Quemado will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Reserve surely won't give up without a fight.
