After two weeks on the road, Hinton is heading back home. On Thursday they will take on Sayre at 7:00 PM. Hinton will be looking to avenge the 28-34 loss they took the last time these two teams played.
It was all tied up at halftime, but Hinton weren't quite Mangum's equal in the second half when they met last Friday. Hinton didn't finish too far behind, but the team still lost 36-40 to Mangum. Hinton's defeat continues a disappointing trend for the squad, making it seven losses in a row.
Meanwhile, Sayre found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 13-40 punch to the gut against Hobart. The state rankings had actually given Sayre a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.
