Connor Ybarra threw for 310 yards on 19 of 37 attempts. Ryder Huntsman was his top target, picking up 111 receiving yards.
American Fork can attribute much of their success to Prince Afu, who rushed for 41 yards and two TDs. Those two rushing touchdowns gave Afu a new career-high.
Looking ahead, Pleasant Grove will head out on the road to challenge Westlake at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for American Fork, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Timpview at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
