The Bonanza Bengals's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 82-54 loss at the hands of Basic. The game was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly Bonanza struggled afterwards.
Basic's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Joel White, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 12 rebounds. It was the first time this season that White pulled down eight or more rebounds. Another player making a difference was Alvonte' Nelson, who scored ten points along with six assists and five rebounds.
Bonanza dropped their record down to 2-15 with that defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Basic, their win bumped their record up to 12-13.
Bonanza does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Basic also has no future games currently scheduled.
