Atlanta is 10-0 against Redwater since February of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Atlanta Rabbits will head out on the road to face off against the Redwater Dragons at 7:30 p.m. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Atlanta has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 24 points or more this season. They blew past Waskom 87-35 at home. Winning may never get old, but Atlanta sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Meanwhile, even though Pleasant Grove scored an imposing 59 points on Friday, Redwater still came out on top. In a tight matchup that could have gone either way, Redwater made off with a 60-59 victory over Pleasant Grove. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Redwater.
Redwater got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Tyris Crowell out in front who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 16 rebounds. The match was Crowell's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Marquez Jones, who scored 16 points along with three steals.
Atlanta is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. As for Redwater, their win bumped their record up to 12-4.
Atlanta was able to grind out a solid win over Redwater in their previous matchup on December 1st, winning 55-45. Does Atlanta have another victory up their sleeve, or will Redwater turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
