After both having extra time off, the Beaver Country Day Beaver and the Lexington Christian Academy Lions will dust off their jerseys to square off against one another at 4:30 p.m. on January 5th. Beaver Country Day will be strutting in after a win while Lexington Christian Academy will be coming in after a loss.
Beaver Country Day had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They walked away with a 52-45 victory over Greens Farms Academy back in December of 2023.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 86-41, which was the final score in Lexington Christian Academy's tilt against Rocky Hill Country Day two weeks ago. Lexington Christian Academy was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 43-22.
Beaver Country Day's win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Lexington Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
Everything came up roses for Beaver Country Day against Lexington Christian Academy in their previous matchup back in January of 2018 as the squad secured a 87-47 win.
