The Bolton Bulldogs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their tenth straight loss. They fell 31-20 to East Granby. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Bolton has scored all season.
Bolton's loss came despite strong showings from Andrew Baranov and Gavin LaPlante. Baranov scored eight points along with seven rebounds and three steals, while LaPlante scored two points along with nine rebounds. Baranov hasn't dropped below two steals for seven straight games.
Bolton bumped their record down to 1-10 with that loss, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for East Granby, the win got them back to even at 5-5.
Bolton will be playing at home against East Windsor at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. As for East Granby, they will head out on the road to face off against Ellington at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Ellington is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling.
