Basketball Game Preview: Central of Clay County Volunteers vs. Sylacauga Aggies

Central of Clay County and Sylacauga are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2021, but not for long. The Central of Clay County Volunteers will look to defend their home court on Friday against the Sylacauga Aggies at 5:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Meanwhile, Sylacauga was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. The game between them and Shelby County didn't end well, with Sylacauga falling 50-33.

Central of Clay County's loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 12-5. As for Sylacauga, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-10.
