The Columbus Christian Crusaders came tearing into  Saturday's  match with four straight wins  (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against Cannelton by a score of  24-15. That looming  24-15 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Columbus Christian yet this  season.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Columbus Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Paige  Harden, who  scored five points.
 Columbus Christian's win was  their fourth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 6-9. As for Cannelton, they  still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-15.
 Columbus Christian's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Medora at 6:00  p.m.  on January 9th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another  in Indiana (Medora is ranked 396th, while Columbus Christian is ranked 402nd). As for Cannelton, they will head out on the road to face off against Frederick Fraize at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Frederick Fraize comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 24 points in their last three games, a trend the  squad is of course eager to reverse.
