For the second straight game, Bowie will face off against Rivercrest. Bowie will venture away from home to challenge Rivercrest at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Bowie is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.2 runs per game this season.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Bowie's offense. They came up short against Rivercrest on Tuesday, falling 10-0. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, the Pirates' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

The victory was the third in a row for Rivercrest, bringing their record up to 7-7. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.7 runs over those games. As for Bowie, their loss dropped their record down to 5-7.
