They enjoyed a cozy 32-17 win over St. Louis Christian HomeSchool. Crosspoint Christian's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Leading Crosspoint Christian to victory were Bekah Petry and Ella Cobb. Petry scored ten points along with eight rebounds and eight steals, while Cobb dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds. Cobb is trending in the right direction, as she's improved her point production for three games straight.
Crosspoint Christian's win ended a nine-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-14. As for St. Louis Christian HomeSchool, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Crosspoint Christian will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on the Titan at 6:00 p.m. on February 13th. Hopefully Thomas Jefferson School focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 11 last Friday. St. Louis Christian HomeSchool does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
