The biggest upset of the week belonged to South Shore Vo-Tech, who took down 257th ranked Nantucket, 32-29. Andy Beckwith ran for 151 yards in the win.
Upper Cape Cod RVT extended the longest winning streak in Mayflower - Small this week by beating Old Colony RVT, 36-0. The victory was the seventh in a row for the team.
The Cougars' dynamic duo of Jacob Pringle and Brett Aguiar proved tough for Upper Cape Cod RVT to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Pringle threw for 126 yards and Aguiar had 47 yards receiving. Matt Leblanc helped Old Colony RVT's passing attack out by catching two balls for 31 yards.
Old Colony RVT's Pringle and Leblanc have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Pringle has thrown for 1035 yards this season, while Leblanc, a 5-foot-10 receiver, has 11 catches for 262 yards. Jonathan Dumont from Mike Hernon's team leads the league in rushing with 887 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Rams take on West Bridgewater. Upper Cape Cod RVT is in first place, while the Wildcats are in third place.
The Rams took down Bryce Guilbeault's team 36-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
