Richardson is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Briauna Richardson, who scored five points along with six rebounds and four steals.
Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Lakeside Christian beat Sarasota Christian 40-35 on Thursday. The victory was just what Lakeside Christian needed coming off of a 66-20 loss in their prior contest.
Hernando Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 8-11. As for Lakeside Christian, their victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-11.
Hernando Christian Academy was taken down by Lakeside Christian 44-14 when the teams last played back in January of 2022.
