Charles Henderson was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Park Crossing apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January.
Park Crossing was led to victory by Jayden Scott and Caden Anderson-teal. Scott scored 25 points along with 9 rebounds and 7 steals, while Anderson-teal dropped a double-double on 19 points and 12 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which Scott has scored at least 25% of Park Crossing's points. Chris Simms was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Charles Henderson's loss was their third straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 4-3. As for Park Crossing, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-3.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Charles Henderson will take on Barbour County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Barbour County is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'. As for Park Crossing, they will head out on the road to face off against Carver Montgomery at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
