In what's become a running theme this season, the Terrell County Greenwave gave their fans yet another huge win on Tuesday. They breezed by Stewart County on the road to the tune of 76-21. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 53-13.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Terrell County to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jentaiya Rushing, who scored 17 points. Ciara Harvey was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Terrell County is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season. As for Stewart County, their loss dropped their record down to 9-7.
Terrell County will be playing in front of their home fans against Seminole County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Seminole County is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road. As for Stewart County, they will challenge Quitman County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Quitman County has now lost ten straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since November 10.
