After three games on the road, Bradford Prep is heading back home. They will take on the Lincoln Charter Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Wednesday, Bradford Prep earned a 37-29 victory over Piedmont Community Charter. The victory was just what Bradford Prep needed coming off of a 60-20 defeat in their prior match.
Bradford Prep's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Raquel Feliciano, who scored eight points. The team also got some help courtesy of Anani Delgado, who scored ten points.
Meanwhile, Lincoln Charter came tearing into Friday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 41 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against Christ the King by a score of 48-36.
Bradford Prep's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-12. As for Lincoln Charter, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season.
Bradford Prep was taken down by Lincoln Charter 60-20 when the teams last played on Tuesday. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Lincoln Charter's Kallie Lusk, who scored 31 points along with eight rebounds and eight steals.
