Conway barely beat Niangua the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Bears put the hurt on the Cardinals with a sharp 3-0 win on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for the Bears in their matchups with the Cardinals: they've now won five in a row.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-8, 25-16.

Adalee Letterman paced Conway's offense, picking up eight kills. Letterman got some help from Arianna Hughes and her 12 assists. Karli Miller controlled things from the service line, finishing with nine aces.

Conway's win bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Niangua, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Conway wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Fordland on the 16th. Niangua has also already played their next contest (against Mansfield), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
