The North Star Huskies's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their ninth straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 65-28 loss at the hands of Nampa Christian. North Star has struggled against Nampa Christian recently, as their game on Tuesday was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.
Several Huskies players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Blake Hansen, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds and two steals. Hansen is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played.
North Star bumped their record down to 1-11 with that defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road. As for Nampa Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season.
North Star will be playing in front of their home fans against Marsing at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Nampa Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Cole Valley Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
