Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only The Blue Valley Southwest Timberwolves walked away with it. They blew past Lansing 52-6 on the road. The victory was nothing new for Blue Valley Southwest as they're now sitting on eight straight.
It was another big night for Dylan Dunn, who threw for 312 yards and four touchdowns while completing 78.3% of his passes. Dunn hasn't dropped below three passing touchdowns for seven straight games. Tate Everard was another key contributor, picking up 118 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Blue Valley Southwest's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Lansing, their loss dropped their record down to 5-5.
Blue Valley Southwest will square off against Shawnee Heights at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Shawnee Heights is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. Lansing does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
