Even though Clear Fork got in a bit of trouble with the refs ( Reece Cook was handed a red card), the team managed to overcome the adversity.
Clear Fork's offense was hitting Norwayne from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Ashtyn Wine led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.
Clear Fork's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Norwayne, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clear Fork will welcome Bexley at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Norwayne, they will be playing at home against Waynedale at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
