Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Nemo Vista). They took down the Midland Mustangs 90-74  on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Red Hawks sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.
 Despite the loss, Midland still got an impressive performance from   Riley Pruitt, who  dropped  a double-double on 30  points and 11  boards. The  contest was  Pruitt's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was  Haden Pierce, who  posted eight points and 11  rebounds.
Nemo Vista is  on a roll lately: they've  won four of their last five matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 9-8 record  this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 64.4 points per game. As for Midland, their loss was  their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which  dropped their record down to 2-6.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Nemo Vista will take on Wonderview in a holiday battle at  at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. One thing working in Nemo Vista's favor is that they have posted at least 55  points  in their last three games. As for Midland, they will get a bit of extra time to process the  defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Calico Rock at 7:00  p.m.  on January 7, 2025.
