Calvary Christian had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the Lakewood Spartans 11-0 on Tuesday. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 matchups by six runs or more this season.
Luke Straw looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out six over four innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in five consecutive appearances.
