While Joshua Witner delivered a dominant performance on Saturday, a win just wasn't in the cards for MMI Preparatory School. Despite the defeat, Witner was still locked in as he struck out ten batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and six unearned) runs off six hits. Those ten strikeouts gave him a new career-high.

Coming up, Witner and MMI Preparatory School will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Weatherly at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
