The Dadeville Tigers will look to defend their home court on Thursday against the Randolph County Tigers at 3:30 p.m.
Dadeville couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They were dealt a 51-24 loss at the hands of Central of Coosa County on Friday. Dadeville was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 32-10.
Meanwhile, Randolph County's three-game losing streak came to an end on Monday. They took down Cleburne County 57-42. The victory was just what Randolph County needed coming off of a 57-34 loss in their prior contest.
Randolph County can attribute much of their success to Talee Sims, who dropped a double-double on 25 points and 17 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Brantlee Wortham, who scored 13 points.
Dadeville's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Randolph County, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.
