Nashara McNeil-Watlington continued her hot streak on Friday by dropping her fourth-straight game with at least 16 points. She went 12-for-18 to rack up 27 points and four steals. She was dominant the last time she took on Southern Lee back in December of 2024, so they probably should've seen this coming. McNeil-Watlington continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last four games she's played.

Looking ahead, McNeil-Watlington and Triton will head out to take on Lee County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. McNeil-Watlington hasn't had any trouble running up the score (she's averaged 19.2 per game this season), but she'll have her work cut out for her against a dominant the Yellow Jackets defense that's only given up 34.3 points per game.
