The Freeman Scotties lost against the Medical Lake Cardinals last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Freeman took a 45-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of Medical Lake. Freeman has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Freeman's loss came despite strong showings from Taylee Phelps and Logan Pecht. Phelps scored 16 points along with seven rebounds and three steals, while Pecht scored six points along with six rebounds and two steals. That was a full 45.7% of Freeman's points, marking the seventh time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Freeman now has a losing record at 10-11. As for Medical Lake, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-8.
Freeman does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Medical Lake also has no future games currently scheduled.
