Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask New Glarus). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Waterloo Pirates 67-27. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Glarner Knights as it put an end to their six-game losing streak.

New Glarus' win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 4-8. As for Waterloo, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. New Glarus will square off against Wisconsin Heights at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Waterloo has already played their next contest (against Wayland Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
