The Boling Bulldogs had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They claimed a resounding 71-31 victory over Harmony School of Discovery at home. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Boling also won the last time the pair played on January 5th.
Despite the loss, Harmony School of Discovery saw an underclassman step up: Adedayo Adelakum scored 13 points along with six rebounds and two blocks. Adelakum has been hot recently, having posted two or more blocks the last five times he's played. Another player making a difference was Messiah Graves, who scored five points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Boling's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 11-12. As for Harmony School of Discovery, their loss was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-10.
Boling will square off against the Leopards at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Van Vleck will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak. As for Harmony School of Discovery, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against the Brahmas at 5:00 p.m. East Bernard presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Tigers in Texas (the Brahmas are ranked 761st, while the Tigers are ranked 1605th).
